Unafraid to confront mental health issues, the ‘Escape’ EP gives an intimate glimpse into Nick’s personal battle, a battle which has lasted over half his life.
“Now I look back, I wonder if I wrote the lyrics subconsciously as a way to try and understand and come to terms with my mental health issues. It scares me to think about the almost impossible depths of despair I was experiencing and I’m still shocked today by how many people are suffering in silence.” – Nick Hart
